MD2 Seattle II is our second practice in Seattle and our third in Washington State.
As with all our MD2 offices, the two physicians have earned superlative reputations from patients and peers in the Seattle medical community. Dr. Christopher Pepin and Dr. Erane Myint are a dynamic team renowned for their expertise in proactive and preventative medicine and their focus on protecting the health and wellness of their 50 families. Both physicians are affiliated with Swedish Medical Center and have long-standing ties to the top medical specialists in Seattle.
Dr. Christopher Pepin
Dr. Christopher Pepin, a longtime Seattleite, is a board-certified internist who has earned a superlative reputation in the Seattle medical community from both patients and peers for his diagnostic acumen, his commitment to mentoring junior physicians and his empathic approach to patient care. As a result, he has received multiple awards and accolades as a Top Doctor throughout his career.
Dr. Pepin earned his undergraduate degree from the Willamette University, with a B.A. in Chemistry. He went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine, graduating with honors and multiple merits, including the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Remaining at the University of Washington School of Medicine, he completed his Primary Care Internal Medicine Residency, earning The Layman Award, given to a first year resident for embodying ideals of compassionate care. This would begin a theme throughout his career.
After residency, he joined the POLYCLINIC as an Internist, a post he held for over two decades. In addition to his direct patient care responsibilities, he has held a number of leadership roles at the Polyclinic including Chief of Internal Medicine for seven years, Co-Chair of the Patient Experience Steering Committee and most recently, Medical Director of the Broadway Acute Respiratory Clinic, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Pepin is lauded for his compassionate style, his steadfast health advocacy and his clinical leadership. He is the quintessential doctor’s doctor.
Dr. Erane Myint
Dr. Erane Myint is a highly sought-after primary care physician with over two decades of experience serving the Seattle community. Known for her loyal and longstanding patient base, Dr. Myint strives to care for her patients as she would care for her own family, and is perhaps best known for her empathetic approach to medicine. As a result, she has been named a Top Doctor in Seattle multiple times. She is board certified in internal medicine and her clinical interests and expertise are in preventative medicine, ambulatory primary care and women’s health.
Dr. Myint graduated with her Bachelor of Science from Loyola University of Chicago Summa Cum Laude and with multiple merits. She went on to earn her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Relocating to Washington, she joined the academic staff at the University of Washington as a clinical instructor at the Roosevelt Women’s Health Clinic. From there she was recruited to join the medical staff at Virginia Mason as a primary care physician, a position she held for six years before accepting a primary care position at The POLYCLINIC. In addition to her direct patient care responsibilities, Dr. Myint assumed multiple leadership roles over her tenure at The POLYCLINIC. She helped design and build the PC NOW urgent care walk-in clinic and the Older Adult Medicine department. She also served as the site director at POLYCLINIC’s Northgate clinic and the site practice lead for both the Internal Medicine department and the Older Adult Medicine department. Dr. Myint is a leader, an educator and a superlative physician.
