What to Expect

Private discussions in your physician’s library

Your time is precious. MD² practices are intentionally designed with this in mind. You’ll pass through a discreet entrance and be welcomed by the MD² staff, who will be expecting you and ready to offer a beverage or breakfast. Your visit with your concierge physician will start with a private, unrushed discussion before ever entering an exam room. Your physician only cares for 50 families, allowing these discussions to last as long as you need.

Your MD² location is a hub that works for your health, whether you are there or not. Should health concerns arise while you are away from home, your physician remains your steadfast advocate, available to oversee and help manage your care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I go to any MD2 location?

Each MD2 location is independently owned by two physicians, each of whom sees just 50 families. If you would like to be seen outside of your usual practice, your MD² physician will help coordinate your care and may also work with another MD² office to arrange an appointment.

Will I see other patients during my visit?

We hold your privacy in the highest regard: at every visit, you, your physician and our staff will be focused completely on you. All of your medical records and communications are held in strict confidence.

How long are wait times?

MD2 offices do not have waiting rooms, and so do not have wait times. When you arrive at your scheduled appointment, you are greeted by MD2 staff and then begin an open-ended discussion about your needs with your physician.

How does MD2 support me when I travel?

Travel and emergency care are a critical part of the MD2 experience. Your physician equips you with a prescribed travel kit before you depart and is always available to remotely coordinate emergency services should the need arise.
