MD²® Defined

MD² or MD Squared (skwaird). adj. To raise the practice of medicine to the second power. Our name comes from the concept of you having absolute, unlimited and exclusive access to your personal physician. But this is not what defines us. The following questions and answers clearly define our practice as dramatically different.

How are you different from other concierge medicine or VIP practices? How do you screen your physicians? « How does MD² work? Why does MD² limit each physician to 50 families? What’s in it for me?		In every medical community, there are those rare physicians, who after many years in practice, have been singled out to be in a class of their own. These doctors often take care of some of the most discriminating and high profile people in their community. These are the physicians who MD² will pursue, and if they meet our other stringent criteria, are asked to serve as MD² practitioners. Such physicians are rare, indeed. Unless our physician standards are met, MD² will not open an office in that community. It is the essence of who we are.
